Discrete element method for simulation and calibration of cotton stalk contact parameters

چکیده

To improve the accuracy of discrete element research, physical and simulation experiments were used to calibrate cotton stalk contact parameters. Based on stalk-stalk stalk-steel mechanics, parameters measured in experiments, software was build model. In process, Plackett-Burman experiment screen three significant factors from six initial factors. The steepest determine optimal interval A second-order regression model angle repose established according Central Composite design experiment. best parameter combination then obtained: coefficient static friction 0.31, 0.62, rolling 0.02. relative error between simulated 3.27%, indicating that it is feasible apply instead one. It offers insights into settings film-stalk separation simulation.
